Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:

- when you upload videos or other content
- when you connect third-party accounts such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
- when you contact us
- when you purchase a subscription or otherwise interact with us
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not control, even if they link to or integrate with our Services.

B. Uploaded Content and Analysis Inputs
- Video files you upload
- Captions, titles, hooks, calls to action, or other text you submit
- Transcripts generated from uploaded audio
- Extracted frames, timestamps, and scene features derived from your uploads
- Platform and campaign inputs you provide, such as target platform, niche, audience, and goal
C. Analysis Outputs
- Overall score
- Sub-scores: hook, pacing, retention risk, branding, virality, conversion intent
- Recommendations, flags, and suggested fixes
- Model confidence and model version
- Analysis history and result logs
D. Connected Account and Social Analytics Data
- Account or channel ID and username
- Public profile information and professional account status
- Media or post IDs and post timestamps
- Follower count
- Post-performance data: views, reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time
We only collect the third-party account data needed to provide the features you enable.
E. Payment and Billing Information
- Billing name and address
- Subscription and transaction records
- Payment status and limited payment metadata
We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
F. Device, Log, and Usage Information
- IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Pages viewed, clicks, feature usage, session activity

How We Use AI and Model Improvement Data
ClipScore uses automated systems, including machine learning and AI tools, to analyze uploaded content and generate outputs.
Service Use
We use your uploads and related inputs to provide the analysis you request.
Internal Improvement
To improve our own scoring systems, models, and product quality, we may use de-identified, aggregated, or redacted data, or data you have clearly authorized us to use. We will not use your identifiable uploaded videos, transcripts, linked social account data, or post-performance analytics to train or fine-tune internal models unless you clearly opt in, the data has been de-identified, or applicable law otherwise permits such use.
Third-Party AI Providers
Where we use third-party AI providers, we will use available business controls intended to protect customer data and limit third-party use where supported.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Platforms and API Data
If you connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or another platform:
- You authorize us to access the data made available through that platform’s APIs and the permissions you grant
- Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies
- We may store identifiers and analytics data needed to maintain the connection and provide the features you request
- You may disconnect the integration through your account settings or by contacting us

Children’s Privacy
ClipScore is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact team@clipscore.ai and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Automated Processing
ClipScore uses automated analysis to generate scores, recommendations, benchmarks, and related outputs. These outputs are intended to support creative and marketing decisions. They are not guarantees of commercial performance, legal compliance, or business outcomes.
Where required by law, users may request information about significant automated processing and may ask for human review where applicable.
